1.Description of Service
Tolka provides AI-powered voice and camera translation for travelers. The service is provided "as-is" and for educational and communication purposes only.
2.Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Tolka.
3.Payments & Credits
- Session minutes are sold in-app via Google Play Billing.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Unused minutes may expire with reasonable notice.
4.User Conduct
Users may not misuse the AI, bypass session limits, submit illegal or offensive audio, or reverse engineer the system.
5.AI Disclaimer
AI output may be inaccurate or biased. Tolka is not responsible for translation or language errors. Do not rely on Tolka for legal, medical, or safety-critical communication.
6.Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.
7.Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or abuse.
8.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
